Tiff format minimum 1200dpi no auto adjustments
Jpeg format minimum 1200dpi no auto adjustments
Once scanned, you can upload them to my website using the contact us page or upload them to Google Drive, Onedrive, Dropbox or similar and finally send us the link to download the photo/s.
If you live interstate or around the world and would like the very best photo restoration service available then Mail Us the Original photos or videos etc.
Just like method 1, mailing us the originals ensures the best quality as we control the scanning process. Once scanned, we send original photos back to you, and then once the job is completed, we send a link to download restored photos at full resolution.
When mailing photos, make sure you pack the photo/s as best as possible between two hard surfaces like cardboard if you are sending single photo/s and if you are sending multiple photos; the best way would be a hardcover album. The aim is to prevent further damage.
Make sure when you send photos, it is with registered post.
